With web-based control
The ESM 1716 switching matrix from POLYTRON enables the flexible feeding of SAT IF and terrestrial signals to signal processing and distribution systems, monitoring and recording systems as well as to test and inspection stations. The web-based control of the switching matrix makes it quick and easy to adapt the output signals to changing requirements.
The input distribution of the switching matrix is retained. The switching matrix has 16 SAT and one terrestrial input. The selected polarization levels are available at 16 outputs each.

Possible areas of application
E.g. as an input distribution panel for head-end systems:
- Fast response to changes in transponder frequencies.
- Simple adaptation of the program offer (e.g. foreign-language programs in hotels).
- Simple activation of smartcards whose activation data is transferred to other transponders.
