AX1708X-AC2 – Compact OLT switch for high-performance FTTH/FTTB networks with 8 combo ports
The AX1708X-AC2 is a powerful OLT switch for integrating data and voice services into optical access systems. In a space-saving 1U chassis, the device offers up to 8 combo PON ports with support for GPON and XG(S)PON in accordance with ITU-T standards G.984.2 and G.9807.x.
The combo ports enable a flexible split ratio of up to 1:128 (GPON) or 1:256 (XG(S)PON) – ideal for setting up scalable network structures. With 10G support, the AX1708X-AC2 is ideally suited as a central management unit for modern FTTH and FTTB applications. Management is conveniently handled via SNMP, CLI, Telnet, or SSH.
