POLYTRON‘s compact headends – a simple way to get more programmes

QAM compact headends are the perfect devices for receiving and effectively processing SAT signals, and are best suited for the transmission of digital television and radio programmes in communal facilities. The headends convert all programmes from the digital SAT transponders to digital cable channels (DVB-C).

The QAM 12 LAN headend converts 12 SAT transponders into 12 DVB-C-channels. The built-in switch matrix allows for a quick and simple installation, as just four SAT levels need to be connected.
