Local or remote access for monitoring and configuration
The AT5000 series of optical multiport amplifiers use erbium-doped fiber amplification (EDFA) technology and represent a flexible and scalable optical amplifier solution.
They are ideal for transmitting high-quality video signals in optical distribution systems.
The high optical output power can be selected in the range from 13 dBm to 20 dBm and the number of output ports from 1 to 8. This allows the multiport amplifiers to transmit CATV signals even over long distances or in large FTTH applications.
